LINDEN Sweater (English)

LINDEN Sweater is a modern design with the focus on a unique mélange effect. It is created by knitting with a double thread, holding a worsted weight alpaca yarn together with a lace weight merino-silk yarn. There is a lot of space for own creativity for every knitter by choosing their favorite color combination for the yarns. The sweater is oversized and has a positive ease of appx. 10-20 cm. It is knitted in rounds and flat without sewing except the shoulder seams. The body is worked bottom-up and the sleeves top down by picking up the stitches at the sleeve cutout.

This knitting pattern has a beginner skill level and can be worked for one of the first projects.

The LINDEN sweater has a positive ease of 10 - 20 cm compared to the actual chest circumference. The sizes (XS) S (M) L (XL) XXL correspond to a chest circumference of approximately (71-78) 79-88 (89-98) 99-108 (109-119) 120-129 cm ((28-31) 31-34.5 (35-38.5) 39-42.5 (43-46.5) 47-50.5 '')

Measure the chest circumference of the person the sweater will be made for to find the best size before casting on. For example, if the chest circumference measures about 99-108 cm (39-42.5 ''), you should knit the size L. The color for the size will guide you better through the pattern.
